*** IMPORTANT MESSAGE PLEASE READ *** - THE SHORT STORY: IF YOU CANT ADD TO BASKET, THE SHOP HAS CLOSED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY - MORE INFO READ ON...

There is a very high demand for seed at the moment so we are doing our best to keep up with orders and packeting up more seeds. As such we are only accepting a certain amount of orders per day.

Our online shop will be open from 9am each day and we will close it once we have reached our capacity, we have also had to put limits on the amount of any one variety per order (3) and of total order amount (£50), to try to be as fair as possible to all our customers.

Thanks for your patience - we hope you and your loved ones are fit and healthy during this challenging time.

P.S. we apologise in advance if you happen to be in the middle of placing an order when we shut down the shop, and understand how frustrating this would be, but it will inevitably happen to some

——————-

We are super-excited to be stocking the Landworkers’ Alliance Rooted in Resistance 2020 calendar this Christmas. This calendar is of special significance to us as it has been designed by the very talented artist, Rosanna Morris, who also designed our logo, which we love!

The Landworkers’ Alliance has teamed up once again with Rosanna, to create this 2020 fundraising calendar. Proceeds will go toward supporting the work of the Landworkers’ Alliance at this critical time for UK agriculture.

The 2020 Rooted in Resistance calendar brings inspiring contemporary stories of powerful campaigning, organising, and land rights defence around the globe, sparking hope at this time of deep instability.

The stories are brought to life alongside 12 beautiful, original lino cuts by Rosanna – this year printed in a beautiful colour palette. Each high-quality image reproduced onto natural paper.

From the migrant worker solidarity of Italy’s USB union, to the women’s village of Jinwar, Northern Syria – each month depicts a movement or community working to build not only a better agricultural or land-rights system, but also a fairer society – each in their own way, and with their own tactics.
