Parsley – Curly: Moss Curled (Organic)

£2.20

A vigorous dark green curled parsley that keeps its fresh appearance well. Moss Curled is an early maturing variety that was introduced in the 1800s. Its leaves are finely curled like moss and can be used to flavour soups and salads, and many other dishes. It is particularly good for garnishes as the leaves are less likely to bruise when chopped.

Parsley tips: Sow indoors in modules or pots from February, or direct sow from April.
