All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service. We send by a 24 hour service and dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays generally. In peak season (Jan – March) we tend to post every day. Orders are processed first thing in the morning 9am.

Examples: 

– Orders placed on Saturday will get shipped on Monday and arrive on Tuesday

– Orders placed on Monday midday get shipped on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday

– Orders placed before 9am on Friday get posted on Friday and arrive on Saturday.

Postage costs a flat rate of £2.99 (+  VAT if your order includes VAT-able goods e.g. non-edible flower seeds)

Large items (such as the wall calendar) are more expensive (£4.80) as they have to be posted as parcels.
