A sweet pea relative used as a filler in flower arrangements, with delicate green foliage and small blue flowers. Azureus produces an abundance of delicate and elegant green foliage with feathery tendrils. The flowers are small and odourless, and while the stems are too small to be cut as individual stems, the buds on the cut branches will continue to flower for a week or more if placed in a vase of water.
Very easy to grow and can survive drought conditions.

It is an impressive herbacious perennial plant, with a bitter aromatic root that has a long history and current practice of medicinal use, specifically for the lungs. Elecampane was sacred to the Celts and has rich history in folklore, it also goes by the name “elfwort” since apparently it can be used to heal ‘elf-shot’ (condition caused from being shot by an elf’s arrow).
The plant is tall, up to 2m, although will take a couple of years to reach this stature. It has large yellow sunflower-like flowers with narrow petals and beautiful soft leaves.(Approximate seed count – 30)

A lovely hardy biennial wildflower and herb with lance-shaped leaves and yellow flowers that open in the evening. Loved by bees, butterflies, and moths. The nutrient-rich seeds, which contain gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), are used medicinally, and the leaves and flowers are also edible.
Evening primrose thrives in full sun in poor, well-drained soils and needs little maintenance once established. As a biennial it will create a rosette of leaves in the first year, and flower in the second year, but self-seeds readily, so will usually appear year on year once established.
