Blue Skullcap has a long history as Native American medicinal plant, as well as a wide current use in Western herbal medicine for the nervous system. It will grow in damper areas, but also thrives in a normal garden bed. It will grow 60-80cm tall.

Blue Skullcap tips: To grow from seed, germination will be improved with cold stratification in the fridge for about a week. Keep warm and moist when sown, prick out seedlings and then plant out after last frosts.
