An improved cayenne type chilli producing long pointy red fruits which pack a punch. This is one of our staple chilli varieties to grow. It is very reliable and does exactly what it says on the tin – for better or worse!
The plants are compact growing to 45cm, and produce an abundance of fruit 1cm wide and 6-7cm long. This variety measures 70-85,000 SHU on the Scoville Scale, which classes it in the hot but not unbearable heat range.
Chillies can be very easily frozen whole and then used as needed, we always make sure we grow enough so that we always have a supply.

Delicious and easy to grow, compact plants producing an abundance of edible stems and flowers. Without a doubt one the most versatile herbs! Chives are so easy to grow and can be added to just about any dish. We put them in soups, salads, omelettes, stir fries, etc. The flowers are also delicious and make a very attractive addition to summer salads, with their mild onion flavour.

Deeply red annual vegetable cultivated for its leaves. Red Orach is also called mountain spinach or French spinach and belongs to the Amaranth family. It is an ancient vegetable that has been cultivated for its leaves for hundreds of years. The leaves are arrowhead-shaped at the base and narrower at the top. They are of an intensely red colour and make a great colourful addition to salads as young leaves. Prolific and reliable climbing bean with stringless pods of marvelous taste. Cobra is an extremely popular and very reliable French bean variety and an RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. It’s got everything you’ll want from a bean. It produces an early crop of stringless round green pods that have the most delicious flavour.
The showy violet-purple flowers will stand out in your garden and you’ll be surprised at how long your beans will keep coming.
We love them cooked and tossed in vinaigrette when still warm, adding raw onions and a touch of grain mustard.

A refreshing herb typically used in South Asian and South American cooking. This high-yielding variety is excellent for flavouring curries, stews, rice dishes and as a garnish for soup and in salsa. All parts of the soft, light stems and leaves can be used. The flowers grow in pretty umbels, and if left to seed, the small seed heads can be used fresh or dried and used in cooking for added flavour and texture.
