Aster Seeds

Asters take their name from the Greek word for “star,” a reference to their bright, star-shaped flowers. The vibrant blooms are associated with love, wisdom and faith. Flowering generously in late summer and early autumn, asters bring a welcome burst of colour when much of the garden is winding down, and offer valuable nectar for bees and butterflies. Today you can get a wide range of colours and forms, from simple daisy-like blooms to richly petalled varieties, making them a much-loved staple of the autumn garden.
